Privacy overview

Koalafied™ is built so your practice records stay with you.

In the app​

  • Paths, hours, people, and related notes stay on your devices and sync privately with your Apple ID through your iCloud.
  • The developer does not host or process that practice data on developer servers, and cannot read the data in your iCloud account.
  • Privacy Mode masks other people’s names and programme names on screen (Person N / Program N style), hides emails while it is on, and leaves your own name visible. It is a display convenience for situations such as screen sharing.
  • You can attach audio or imported transcripts to sessions. Records sync through your iCloud when iCloud Sync is on. Audio needs an upload from the device that holds the file (Sync Audio Files defaults off). Video never syncs. See iCloud sync.
  • Zoom Marketplace requires a notice URL when you remove Koalafied in Zoom. That endpoint only acknowledges Zoom’s notice. It does not receive your sessions, paths, transcripts, or recordings. See Connecting Zoom and the Privacy policy.

Clean transcripts before you share​

Transcripts often include client names and other personal detail. Before you share with AI, a mentor, a supervisor, or anyone else, you can redact on your device: review the speakers, prepare a clean copy, and keep the raw transcript with you. That clean copy is what any later AI step in Koalafied is meant to use.

Name detection is not perfect. You check the clean copy before you rely on it. See Reviewing transcripts.

Creating a transcript from audio alone on the device, and AI assessment of sessions, are still planned; see Roadmap.

This website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless). Analytics apply to the website only.

The app does not send product analytics or advertising telemetry to the developer. If you turn on Apple’s “Share with App Developers” setting, Apple may provide standard crash and performance diagnostics through App Store Connect. See the Privacy policy.
