Features

Koalafied™ helps you track certification and CPD hours toward a credential. You organise work with paths, milestones, and a credentialing body, then log sessions as you practise. Build history is on Versions. What’s planned is on the Roadmap.

Paths and progress​

  • Enrol a path from a built-in template, or build a custom path when no template fits.
  • Follow milestones on that path. Multi-milestone paths use Climb to show how far you have come.
  • See hour totals, client counts, and Projection (the app’s outlook toward the next milestone), or credit-cycle checklists where your path uses them.
  • Mark a path certified when you achieve it, then renew or archive as your programme requires.

Logging sessions​

  • Create sessions with the details your settings allow: date, duration, people, session type, and related fields.
  • Attach audio or an imported transcript on a session when you have files to keep with the record.
  • Use Privacy Mode when you need names masked in the interface (for example during a screen share).

Logging is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Apple Watch does not log sessions today. See Devices and Logging hours.

Protect client data in transcripts​

Before you share a session transcript with AI, a mentor, a supervisor, or anyone else, you can redact it on your device: review who spoke, prepare a clean copy, and keep the raw transcript with you. Name detection is not perfect. You check the clean copy before you rely on it.

People and programmes​

  • Keep a people list for clients, colleagues, and others you attach to sessions.
  • Organise mentoring or training programmes and link sessions where that helps your records.

Import, export, and backup​

  • Import session logs (CSV or ICF Excel coaching log) and people (CSV).
  • Import Zoom meetings into sessions, with transcript, chat, and audio from cloud recordings. Home shows how many meetings are ready to bring in. See Connecting Zoom.
  • Export an ICF client coaching log (Excel) or a detailed session log (CSV).
  • Back up and restore a full data archive as a ZIP file.
  • Move items to Trash, or erase all data when you need a clean slate.

Privacy Mode and sync​

  • Privacy Mode masks other people’s names (and programme names) on screen while it is on. Your own name stays visible. Emails are hidden while Privacy Mode is enabled. That is for display only. It is not the same as preparing a clean transcript for sharing.
  • Records stay on your devices and sync through your iCloud when iCloud Sync is on. Sync Audio Files defaults off. With audio sync on, audio still uploads from the device that holds the file and arrives on other devices on Apple’s schedule. Video never syncs. See iCloud sync.

Apple Watch companion​

The Watch app is a companion to the iPhone app. It shows path progress from the last iPhone update, and can show a path progress Watch face complication. It does not replace the phone for logging, people, or settings.
